Stiam ca diferenta de fus orar este mare (5 ore), asa ca ne-am gandit imediat la cum sa rezolvam aceasta problema. Am decis ca vom dormi in avion. Sau, cel putin, Sofia va dormi. Si, odata ajunsi acolo, vom merge toata ziua, ca sa ne obosim, si seara ne vom intra, practic, in ritm.<\/p>\n<p>Nu puteam sa ne inselam mai mult. Nimeni nu a dormit pe zbor. Ma rog, Sofia a dormit o ora. Din peste zece in total. Cand a vazut ecranul din fata ei, nici ca a mai fost chip sa o culcam. S-a uitat la &#8222;Strumfii si satul pierdut&#8221; de vreo trei-patru ori, a tras un pui miiiiic de somn si, pana sa ne dezmeticim, am si ajuns. Eram plecati de dimineata, ajunsesem practic in dimineata urmatoare in Bangkok, si mai voiam sa stam treji o zi intreaga. Yeah, right :). Drept urmare, dupa ce am ajuns la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.crestemsicalatorim.com\/index.php\/2018\/02\/09\/hotel-mandarin-o-optiune-de-hotel-child-friendly-in-bangkok\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">hotel<\/a>, unde au avut bunavointa sa ne cazeze la 9 dimineata, nu la 14.00, asa cum era specificat ca ora de check in, am tras vreo 4 ore de somn, sa ne revenim cat de cat. Incercati sa va ajustati programul de somn inainte de a pleca.<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h5>\n<p>Vedeti daca tara in care plecati este inainte sau inapoi cu ceasul. Spre exemplu, Thailanda este inainte cu 5 ore (la noi este ora 12, la ei este ora 17), iar Marea Britanie este inapoi cu 2 ore (la noi este ora 12, la ei este ora 10). Drept urmare, incercati sa va culcati putin mai devreme sau mai tarziu, in functie de partea de glob in care mergeti. Bineinteles, este improbabil ca va veti putea culca cu 5 ore mai devreme, dar, daca incepeti cu trei saptamani inainte si ajustati programul cu cate 45 de minute in fiecare saptamana, veti ajunge ca diferenta sa fie de doar 2 ore si jumatate, aproximativ, fata de Thailanda, spre exemplu. Deci, daca cel mic se culca la 22 de obicei, incercati sa ii mutati, usor-usor, ora de somn spre ora 20. Bineinteles, asta va insemna si niste treziri mai devreme, dar fiind totul facut pas cu pas, nu deodata, nu se va simti atat de rau.<\/p>\n<p>In modul acesta, odata ajunsi la destinatie, corpul vostru va fi deja obisnuit cu un orar oarecum diferit, si va va fi mult mai usor sa va adaptati, fara sa pierdeti zile pretioase dintr-o vacanta minunata.<\/p>\n<h5><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"2_Trageti_un_pui_de_somn_cand_ajungeti\"><\/span>2. Trageti un pui de somn cand ajungeti<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h5>\n<p>De cele mai multe ori, drumurile cu avionul sunt lungi si obositoare. Din varii motive (ecrane, lipsa spatiului), de multe ori nimeni nu apuca sa doarma. In plus, somnul de pe avion nu este cel mai odihnitor din lume.<\/p>\n<p>Drept urmare, odata ce ajungeti la destinatie, trageti un pui de somn. Nu dormiti mult, ci doar sufficient cat sa va incarcati bateriile pentru restul zilei. Doua sau maximum trei ore sunt suficiente cat sa va ajunga pana seara, cand va puteti intra in ritmul vostru obisnuit. Fie incercati sa ajungeti aproape de ora de check in (daca se poate, bineinteles, nu e ca si cum conducem noi avionul ca sa hotaram cand sosim), sau vorbiti inainte la hotel &#8211; daca sunteti cu un copil si au camera disponibile, majoritatea vor face efortul de a va caza mai devreme.<\/p>\n<h5><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"3_Iesiti_afara\"><\/span>3. Iesiti afara<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h5>\n<p>Aerul proaspat si lumina soarelui va pot ajuta sa va reveniti repede. Stim cu totii ca intunericul ajuta la producerea melatoninei, care favorizeaza somnul. Nu vrem sa mai dormim, vrem sa incercam sa ne revenim si sa intram intr-un ritm normal. Deci, iesiti, plimbati-va prin oras sau pe plaja, respirati aerul proaspat. Luati-o mai usor in primele zile<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h5>\n<p>Banuim ca daca mergeti intr-o destinatie cu o diferenta de fus orar semnificativa nu va duceti acolo pentru un weekend. Daca va duceti doar pentru un weekend, sfatul acesta nu este pentru voi :). Pentru cei care stau mai mult, ideal este sa o luati mai usor in prima si a doua zi. Nu incepeti sa alergati intre obiective de la inceput, sau sa faceti tot felul de excursii obositoare. Dati-va timp sa va recuperati. Daca sunteti intr-o zona de plaja, relaxati-va, jucati-va impreuna, si abia apoi porniti sa vedeti alte insule, temple etc. Daca va duceti intr-un oras, alegeti mai intai parcurile sau atractiile usor de gestionat, precum o gradina zoologica sau un acvariu. Din ziua trei sigur toata lumea va fi mult mai pregatita de noi aventuri!<\/p>\n<h5><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"5_Luati_melatonina_doar_la_recomandarea_medicului\"><\/span>5. Luati melatonina (doar la recomandarea medicului)<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h5>\n<p>Dupa cum scriam mai sus, melatonina favorizeaza somnul. Corpul nostru o produce in mod normal, insa, daca il agresam si incercam sa il culcam la ore complet neobisnuite pentru el, se va simti agresat.<\/p>\n<p>In ziua de astazi, exista picaturi cu melatonina, care pot fi cumparate din farmacie. Luate inainte de somn ele provoaca somnolenta. Deci, daca doriti sa dormiti de la 18 in loc de 22, luati inainte de somn niste picaturi de melatonina si veti reusi sa va ajustati programul.
