Apoi taiati-i rondele.<\/li>\n<li>Intr-o oala sau un wok, caliti ceapa. Adaugati legumele taiate cubulete si caliti-le. Adaugati carnea si caliti-o.<\/li>\n<li>Puneti sucul de rosii si condimentele, adaugati o cana de apa si lasati sa fiarba<\/li>\n<li>Faceti un sos b\u00e9chamel. Intr-o oala mica puneti untul la topit. Adaugati faina si incorporati-o. Adaugati laptele putin cate putin si amestecati cu un tel pana se incorporeaza. Adaugati sarea si piperul si lasati sa fiarba pana cand atinge cosistenta dorita.<\/li>\n<li>Intr-o tava puneti putin sos b\u00e9chamel. Puneti apoi un rand de cartofi, apoi un rand de carne si apoi inca un rand de cartofi. Turnati deasupra restul sosului b\u00e9chamel si dati musacaua la cuptor timp de aproximativ 40 de minute.<\/li>\n<li>Cu 10 minute inainte sa fie gata, presarati pe deasupra cascavalul ras si dati-o taiati avocado, rosiile si salata<\/li>\n<li>Amestecati, intr-un bol, smantana si maioneza si adaugati sare si piper dupa gust.<\/li>\n<li>Dupa ce toate ingredientele sunt gata, luati o lipie, ungeti-o cu sos din belsug, puneti cascavalul ras, apoi cascavalul ras, si impaturiti-o cum va pricepeti mai bine.<\/li>\n<li>Luati lipia impaturita si puneti-o in tigaia incalzita, fara ulei, si Trebuie sa fie atat de subtiri incat aproape sa se poata vedea prin ele.<\/li>\n<li>Puneti smantana lichida intr-o craticioara, adaugati nucsoara, sare si piper si lasati-o sa clocoteasca o data<\/li>\n<li>Puneti pe fundul unei tavi putina smantana lichida, apoi un strat de rondele de cartofi. Sarati cartofii. Trebuie sa sarati fiecare nivel de cartofi &#8211; cartofii inghit multa sare. Turnati deasupra putin sos, apoi cartofi si tot asa.
